The mission of Russell Middle School is to provide a safe, caring environment and guarantee each student develops individual strengths/talents and acquires the necessary academic and life skills for making positive contributions in a global society.
George Russell Middle School is part of the Millard Public Schools District located in southwest Omaha, Nebraska.
Russell staff and students are proud that our school has been selected as a "Blue Ribbon School" by the U.S. Department of Education. We are committed to continue to reach for excellence. The safety of our students is of the utmost importance to us. We strongly embrace a "No Tolerance for Bullying" philosophy in our school and on the school grounds. We also want to promote Online Safety for students and their families.
